How to order?

• Step 1: Choose your preferred artwork type from our gallery.
• Step 2: Upload your reference photo.
• Step 3: Share any special requests in the instructions.
• Step 4: Confirm and submit your order.

Finish time?

We usually complete it within 7 to 12 days. If it's extremely urgent for you, please let us know and we will finish your work ahead of schedule.

Shipping time?

We use FEDEX and DHL international express services. Usually, you will receive the goods within 5 to 7 days.

How to check the completed work?

After we finish your painting, we will take photos and send them to your email. You can make requests for modifications to the painting. We will ship the paintings after you confirm. If you don't reply within 7 days, we will automatically proceed with the shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all of them are free shipping.

What is your return policy?

Since all the paintings are custom-made, the painters have put in a lot of effort and time, so they cannot be returned. If you receive the painting and are not satisfied with it. Please send the painting to our US office within 30 days. Once we receive the painting, we will refund 40% of your money.
